I was exhausted looking for a new Ford Explorer. My Local Ford Company could not get one in, so i started calling around and some Car Dealerships would not give me a quote over the phone which was very frustrating to me! why should i have to travel to get a quote on a vehicle? I called Groove Ford and a fellow named Teddy answered my call very courteous and helpful. Cant do much better. It all went very well. I made the appointment. I showed and my guy was ready. The shuttle drivers ( to and from) were very personable. Nice to chat with, and prompt on the pick up. The crew diagnosed my car's issue, fixed it, and did my routine oil and tire maint. work in good time. My service guy kept me posted via cell. Unless you can serve beer and food, it can't get much better for auto service. Lou
