Teddy did a good job for me, communicated well and often and helped me achieve my goal on purchasing the vehicle I came in for. He was happy and pleasant and always either answered my calls and texts or called me right back. I am however deeply dissapointed in the detail that my vehicle recieved. The team had 2.5 full days to clean the vehicle from when I gave my deposit to when I paid and picked up. They waited until I was there, ready to pick up to start cleaning it. Teddy was wonderful! He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! We visited another dealership before coming to Groove Ford and our interaction with the dealer there compared to Teddy was night and day! Teddy has amazing customer service skills.
