These folks had their stuff together from the start. My F150 Lightning was ready soon after it rolled off the assembly line. The team had my truck ready and when it was time to sign the dotted line, there weren't any games and everything was straight forward. Any issues with the truck were resolved and they made sure to not inconvenience me. Overall, a great experience.
