Mark and teddy are absolutely amazing people and genuinely care about you. I originally purchased a vehicle that had major mechanical issues only 4 months in. Mark and teddy made sure they did right by us even though our warranty was expired and did a trade in for a safe vehicle for my kids and myself. Most people would've just dismissed us and said good luck. But Mark didn't stop until he found a solution it took weeks and he stayed dedicated to make it right. Thank you Mark. Salesperson was very polite. Issue was that the cars website indicated they had about half a dozen of the cars we wanted to look at. When we contacted the dealership, they had none. We did not go to the dealership after learning that.
