"Easy going experience " I have not always had the best time at dealerships when I've been car buying, but Noah made the experience a very comfortable one. I appreciate all of the information he was able to provide for me.
"Amazing Costumer Sevice " When my fiancé and I were searching for a new Ford truck we didn't know where to begin. Then we came into contact with Terry Cruz, our internet sales guide. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had! Very fun working with him, he has a great positive personality.
"Awesome" Best experience at a dealership. I was unfortunate at being able to get a car due to my own issues however thanks to Carol's and Terry's words of advice, I will be back in 6 months to purchase my Focus RS that I want.
"Efficient and Helpful" I bought an F-250 through the D Plan, so there wasn't any haggling on price, but the trade-in value on my old truck was very fair. The salesperson, Pamela Dorantes, was friendly, knowledgeable about the truck, and very pleasant to deal with. When I had an appointment, the time was honored, and financing went smoothly through Ambrosia Tisdall. Overall, as pleasant an experience as buying a vehicle can be.
"Good car buying experience " We shopped for over a month looking for an Explorer. I am not an easy customer and Ken Barteau was patient and tolerant and responded to my high demands. We even presented what seemed like an unbeatable offer from another dealer and he made sure they matched. In addition to Ken, we had a good experience in finance with Ambrosia. Groove does a good job.
"Ford Escape Scott and Susan Turek" We could not be more happy with the car buying experience we had a Groove Ford this month. After our previous car died (requiring $11K in repairs!) we felt we needed a good small SUV as soon as we could. "Excellent, no surprises experience." I contacted them about a car on their lot from out of state, they gave me an out-the-door price which was accurate to the penny. The Salesperson was great, she even picked me up at the airport. The finance people were knowledgeable, quick, and not overly aggressive with selling me add-on packages I didn't want. I would definitely do business with them again.
"Long-Term Customer!" My Salesperson Gabe Dawson is the best. She has been extremely patient and has followed up with me for months and, even though I still don't plan to buy till the end of summer, she has even called to check in and wish me happy birthday! She is what old-fashioned customer service is made from!
"Great customer buying experience with Jason McCasland " My wife and I went to 6 dealerships in our hunt for a new car. The experience provided by Jason and Noah was by far the best. Great attention to our needs. Jason was very thorough during our new car overview, pointed out all the vehicle capabilities during the test drive, and was very fair during price discussions.
