"Great Experience " I've been looking for a new car and haven't been too sure on what to purchase. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. I'll definitely recommend other people talk to him when they're there!
"Really Happy!" Although I didn't purchase I was really happy with the service at groove! I was only wanting to look and everyone respected that! I am looking around for the right car for me, but after this experience I am inclined to come back to this groove :)
"A place for families" My husband and I brought our 6 kids to Groove to buy a car. Sometimes these places can be boring especially for young kids. The staff we very patient and entertained them while we could look at the numbers. Finn was great with his jar of candy (which pleased the kids!) and was very helpful in helping us find a suitable car within our budget, it's refreshing to have a young man understand and help us with our price restrictions.
"Expedition Love!" We have LOVED our Expedition for years and have had nothing but great experiences from Groove Ford and will continue to go there for service and sales
"No Pressure!" Jason was very helpful with helping choose a car, and opening my mind to other options that actually fit my needs better than what I was originally looking at. I haven't made my decision quite yet, but he was very understanding of that and never pressured me into a sale, nor a price point that I couldn't manage. Overall, I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to him.
"First car!!" Bought my first car at Groove from Finn and it was a fun experience! I'm in love with my new ride, and could not complain. Thanks for hooking me up. ;)
"Exceptional service" I went into the car dealership just to get an idea of what I could afford after my lease is up and Jason was extremely helpful and honest which made me feel at ease the entire time! He gave me a couple different scenarios of cars/payments that fit my budget nicely and didn't try to sway me into going over my budget for a nicer car. Very impressed with his service!
"Andy's Ride" Best store by far and I don't say that lightly, I have been buying cars for 40 years and working with Gabe at Groove Ford was the best experience buying a new car yet!
"Been there Done that..." After purchasing over 15 cars and trucks in my lifetime I would have to say it takes allot to impress me. But Groove Ford did exactly that...not only did I get the best price for the new truck, but also my trade in amount was more then fair and I was out of there quicker then I have been with any other purchase! Thank you to Ryan and Gabe at Groove Ford for making my new truck buying process the best ever and I will be coming back for more in the future..
