"Very good test drive" Jason helped me the minute I walked in the door and he was patient with my request to see three cars. Its a good thing he showed me the ford explorer because that was the car I didn't even know I wanted. It didn't feel like the usual stereotype car salesman. "Great experience for such a short visit " I was in need of some service work on my wife's car and I brought it in for some advice. The service department was great. However I was really impressed with Noah who was passing by and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He was very polite and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. He is a true asset to your team. I will be referring people to come to your dealership.
"Wife's New Explorer" My wife and I recently started our search for her new Explorer and we came upon Groove Ford. As this is our 4th Ford we are very well versed on the in's and out's of the Ford Explorer model...at least we thought we did. However Gabe Dawson was able to exceed not only our knowledge but also our expectation and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new Ford, you won't be disappointed.

"Straightforward interactions" I was able to negotiate everything through email and text ahead of time and then schedule an appointment to go over the final details. Everything was very fair and to the point. They were extremely patient through my many questions. The test drive process was good.

"F150 test drive " As I'm in the market for a new truck, narrowing it down to the make/ model is dificult so I went to groove ford. My purpose was to test drive and check out the 2016+ f150. Not only was I throughly impressed with the f150 expboost. I also was surprised with the quality of service. Noah Klem provided a knowledgeable and fun experience.
