I bought a new car from here a few weeks ago. I worked with Sergio Alvarez (Sales) and Andrew Smith (Financing). Sergio was great - no hassle, no pressure, straight shooter. Same with Andrew - he moved quickly but allowed me to take my time and he answered all of my questions. I feel i got a fair price on my my new car and a fair trade in for my old car. I had a great experience buying my car here! It was more of a last minute ordeal when a friend had notified me Groove Subaru had a new outback in the trim I wanted. I was able work with Joe Rodman, and he was truly outstanding. He stayed late, was very knowledgeable, did not created a pressured environment and ultimately worked with the dealership to give me a great deal.
