Communication was pleasant, clear, and helpful from check in to payment. Nice waiting area. Have short videos on maintenance and care car if we can’t change channels. Most of the service customers are women and most of us were not exposed to what’s under the hood. Medical offices have health related videos in some waiting areas. Why have a remote if we can’t change the channel?
