We have leased and serviced Outbacks at Groove for years. We really appreciate how Brett takes care of us. He is more than helpful to try and get our service appointments as short as possible and has a such a caring attitude and great personality! Handled business professionally. Got me out of an unfortunate vehicle issue and into a new car with more features at a fairly great value.
Haley was a joy to work with. She kept me informed every step of the process and was so pleasant. I used Groove's valet service. It was so easy and saved me a lot of time making it was well worth the price. I had let my service on my car go for a bit, but the service reps worked with Haley and I to determine the best plan of action to get my car back up to speed. Much appreciated!

Such amazing customer service. I came in with a very unconventional situation with my car, and they took care of everything. Every employee that helped me get my new Subaru went above and beyond, to make sure I got an amazing car and deal! After having a terrible experience at my previous car dealership, I was pleasantly surprised when I came here!
They are very courteous and professional along with being friendly. Their waiting area is convenient and clean and the service on my Forester was completed expertly.
