My out of state guests drove my WRX to the the mountains after service and were very pleased with its performance. The specificity of the billing notes by Armond and Mathew was very helpful. All of the staff members at Groove seemed pleasant, efficient, and honest. In today's world it's wonderful to have great service!
Ron did a wonderful job and made sure that my needs were addressed. He didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need.
Joe Canny was excellent. Wasn’t too pushy and was helpful and accommodating. Overall a great experience Would have given 5 stars if financing process was less pushy. I wasn’t interested in any of the additions but that portion was dragged out trying to add on those items. I’d only suggest trying to shorten the amount of time it takes to complete sale. 3-4 hours is a lot of time for a busy family where most of these details can be done online.
One recent service, my windshield wiper fluid was not refilled, which sounds small but made me concerned because it left me wondering what other fluids had not been checked. This last visit, the rep was challenging to communicate with. His updates were not clear. My car was not ready when I arrived. I was overcharged per his documentation and the rep who checked me out had to run around verifying paperwork.
