I love the positive energy I get from the service dept. it was yet another snow day and pretty freezing the morning I brought my car in. But I was greeted with smiles anyway. It was a quick and easy process to get a loaner which is so appreciated. New windshield looks great!
The dealership was fine. Everyone was friendly, helpful, patient and professional. We had not expected to make a purchase that day. Thus, in retrospect, we feel we should have done more research beforehand -- for example, as to the trade-in value of our vehicle at that time.
