Last month when I had the oil changed in my Crosstrek, I worked with Tiannah. She let me know that I would need new tires before winter came and gave me information on the options. When I felt it was time to do the replacement, I contacted her, she ordered the tires and we set a day/time for the service. Tiannah kept me posted throughout the day on the status of the replacement. When I picked up my car we went through the probable next service which is to check and possibly replace the brakes. They were timely in their response times and contacted me swiftly with any updates to the service. I also forgot to ask to put the locking lug nuts on my vehicle, but they did it without me having to tell them.
