The service and customer service is great but When I made the appointment and chose the service I wanted the price was $300.00 At the end I ended up paying $406.00, I feel Itha I was ripped off and I am not coming back!!!

My last visit was the only time I felt i was being pushed to purchase or spend more. I was asked questions that could have been avoided if the service agent had bothered looking into my car's service history. I felt I was being talked down to. I wish I had had Tawnya as my service agent.

Brett was very helpful and accommodating. However, I was disappointed when I picked up my car, and it wasn’t washed. They informed me that some people don’t like it. I would prefer they ask me if I want my car cleaned, especially when I spend $1000 to get my cat fixed.
