Came to Groove Subaru looking for a specific car saw online and ended up buying it! I was pleasantly welcomed by Matt Martin. I can’t recommend him enough. He made my first car buying experience easy and pleasant. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall great experience.

Esteban was a tremendous help in navigating the options, explaining the vehicle, and helping me find the right financial options for me. He was always quick to respond and provided updates on the process as we waited for the vehicle to arrive and the loans to be approved. Grace was also great at moving the paperwork and finances along to complete the purchase. Overall, everyone at the Groove was very nice and helpful during my interactions with them.

Arnoldo was the only Subaru sales rep in Colorado that was able to set up a test drive of the new Crosstrek. He talked me through all the features, demonstrated them, even put my car in a structure to protect it from hail. Outstanding!!!

The dealership facility has limited parking and access. The personnel more than make up for the actual facility. Our sales rep Esteban Rios is excellent and is extremely knowledgeable of the product. Other dealerships we visited couldn’t work the technology during the test drive. Esteban was flawless and an excellent teacher.
