Everyone was very friendly and I was kept informed of the status of the work. I made the appointment online stating there was an issue to be fixed along with an oil change. The problem is the shop was short-staffed and the car sat at the shop for 2 days. The online system shouldn't have accepted the appointment if the car couldn't be worked on for 2 days.
Dannie was great and kept me informed about my car service and the warranty plans I gave.
Josh in the service department is excellent! He truly went the extra mile to help resolve a persistent check engine light problem.

I was having problems with my car key. The Groove Subaru Service Department did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They started on it right away and had it solved within half an hour. Great work.
