Kind & friendly She opened the doors and explained everything very clearly. She walked me to my car to make sure everything from Subaru was out of it.
Brett was kind. He communicated as needed. He came to pick me up when he couldn't locate the coffee shop for Lift. Unfortunately, when he left a voicemail the following day, he greeted me as, 'Hey man' which wasn't appreciated. In his message he stated 'all the work that was done on my car.' Well, there was no actual work done in my car. This simply told me he had no idea who he was calling & what the work requested was. Disappointed.
Groove needs a better sales office. Check out Hueberger in Colorado Springs for ideas. There needs to be a better explanation of how the final cost of the vehicle was derived. Mai Sheath was very nice but her very strong accent made communications difficult, and we did not understand all of our options. Ryan was wonderful and did everything that he could to make sure that we found the car that we needed. For purchasing a $40,000, car we thought that the amenities were a little bit on the low end.
