We choose to drive across town to this dealership instead of one that is much closer to us because the great service we receive from purchasing a vehicle to service.
I had a routine maintenance appointment with Groove Subaru. Everything was great, from making the appointment online to having Chris walk into the waiting room and tell me my car was ready to go. Speaking of Chris, he took very good care of me and explained what should be done during this maintenance service. He had my car serviced and washed in less than an hour! I will be back!
Arrived at the Express Entrance at GrooveSubaru hoping to have a roofing nail removed and a plug put in. Chris Lafay suggested a need for new tires and I agreed with him. I wasn’t happy about having to continue to add air to my tire but the wait was worth it! I now have a set of new tires that I am very happy with. Chris took care of me and kept me updated. Keep up the hard work!
Service was quick and easy. They corrected a radio issue with a quick re-set before I even left the vehicle to make sure that was the issue. Car was done quicker than expected and they even washed the vehicle!
The salesman that I had was absolutely awesome and the managers were not than willing to work with me so I could afford my wrx. Great team of people and would definitely recommend them.
I am really happy with the recent service performed on my Subaru Forester. The service advisor Joshua Magyar kept me informed since the beginning with a detailed report of the work to be performed, the cost of the repairs, and the technical recommendations. He also followed up with calls and txts to keep me informed about the status of the repair. And based on the amount of repairs, the expected work was performed pretty quick minimizing the car downtime.
Josh C and the entire staff r awesome- only one issue - been asking for the Colorado decals for the front and back emblems and steering wheel - but NO UPDATE OR ETA🥲
