Groove Subaru was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had for my new Crosstrek. My salesman Ty was able to answer all my questions and personally showed me what accessories looked like on other Crosstrek trims. Thanks to him I felt confident about my Crosstrek purchase and accessories. The finance manager that ran me through the purchase was very open about the process, the numbers, and additional options. At no point did I feel that anything was being hidden or obscured.

Generally, I am satisfied with service today. My only disappointment is that features on my dashboard disappeared - nothing. I used to be able to see my speed (other than speedometer), miles per gallon, etc. See image:https://www.cars101.com/subaru/outback/outback17-gauges6.jpg Would like to know how to get those features back. I"m used to having to readjust seat, mirrors, etc. but not dashboard. Disappointing.
