Service was good and ability to get in was good. Afterwards I received an estimate of what needs to be done but I thought that was exactly what my car was in there to have done. So I’m confused as to what was completed versus recommended. Would appreciate not being contacted several times to do surveys. Couldn’t make them stop

Over the last few years I have always been happy with my experience/support received from Groove. Working with Rolly could not have been any better. Right out of the gate he went the extra mile to get to know me, my families car needs/interests and provided information and updates within hours of us talking. Joe in finance was also great to work with, he was able to get us a great loan for buying our lease out. I will continue to work with Groove in the future.

I was not happy with the way that they notified me of what else was wrong with my car. I cam in for an oil change and brakes and told them I would wait. They sent me a text with what else was wrong with my care and said it needed immediate attention. Someone should have come out and talked to me instead of sending a text. I did not like that at all.Also everyone in the service/payment dept was in a hurry, I felt very rushed to get out of my car and into the waiting room and very rushed to pay and go home
