Groove Subaru is an awesome dealership in so many ways. My previous car had excellent service and when it came time for a change Ashley in service arranged for me to receive a loaner to use so I could keep doing my job knowing it would take some time. She then got me connected with Luke in sales who was very thorough in listening to my needs without any pressure and gave me his time. About 5 years ago we worked with Esteban at a different Subaru dealership, and he was an absolute gem.
