Got a screw in the SIDEWALL of the right front tire. Took Outback to Groove and they slipped me right into the morning list, gave me a ride home and back, did a complete 12,000 mile maintenance checkup and inspection and did it all in about 2 hours! These people are the BEST!

Customer service at Groove maintenance is great and their tech’s are good. My challenge is with cost. Fortunately I’m covered by a good maintenance plan they offered in 2016.

James Mulvey was excellent! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, he was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I was looking at a few other makes/models, so I had a lot of questions. He patiently explained all of the features and functionality to me, and he worked with me to configure and price the car. Do not judge based on negative reviews. I’ve worked in this industry a long time and Everyone wants to say something negative but nothing positive. These ladies single handedly turned the worst week ever into something positive. Hayley and tiannah are two of the sweetest beings alive. They will help you out in anyway they can. I cannot recommend this place enough… They are literally the best.
