Was a straightforward and positive experience. Although inventory/supply chain still introduce a lot of ambiguity, and I did not get a lot of specifics or updates from the dealership, my sales rep Moses was super responsive when I called and asked and told me everything he could. And his estimate for delivery ended up being pretty accurate. And I love my new Outback Wilderness!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying a great 2022 Subaru from Groove. We had purchased a car from Groove six years ago and felt that we were treated poorly and even flippantly. We knew we wanted a particular vehicle for certain reasons, but the concern for our needs were almost laughed at. Overall a nice experience but the paperwork process took way too long. Still would like to see cars that are for sale ready to go out the door instead of waiting on them to clean or detail them.
