I was still under warranty and they found a leak around my transmission when they were doing an oil change. I went back two weeks later. They gave me a rental and fixed the problem. No charge to me at all. Joshua kept me informed of the progress by text throughout the two days they had my car. As usual excellent service. And there was no charge to me at all.

Haley is incredible! Kind, professional competent and she went above and beyond to help us! She communicated honestly and frequently and helped us understand what to expect. Our car was in the shop for over 6 weeks due to a part that was back ordered. She helped us arrange a rental and advocated for us every step of the way. Rarely have I met anyone that cares so much about their job or works so hard. She is really amazing and Groove is lucky to have her! Thanks to Haley, we loyal Subaru customers again.
