I felt very comfortable and well taken care of at Groove Subaru. Esteban was patient and extremely helpful answering all my questions and walking me through the process of purchasing my car. He spent time to explain and show me the features in my car and made sure to tell me of helpful classes and videos that could further acquaint me with the car. The rest of the staff were equally as friendly and helpful! Overall I had a very positive experience at Groove Subaru and I am very happy with my purchase!

Good experience overall. Had a hard time getting the service department to take a “sincere” look at the AC without multiple complaints and conversations. When they did, they fixed it appropriately.
