"Wonderful Experience " I had been in the market for a new car for only about a week. I shopped around going to a total of 4 dealerships and was thoroughly disappointed in the customer service of other dealerships. "Extraordinary Customer Service" My purchase of a new Subaru Outback 3.6r at Groove was the greatest buying experience ever for me. I was treated with respect and shown the utmost courtesy. Michelle and Mark committed their entire attention to me so I could find the right vehicle at the right price. I was impressed with the friendly staff and their eagerness to make sure I was completely satisfied. I called in the morning and drove home the same day in a brand new Outback!! "Right place, right time" I was looking for a perfect car for myself and nothing was going right, until I came here! Me and my step-father were greeting by Damian and he was so patient and mindful of my wants! He helped me figure out all that I wanted for my first car. A couple days went by and he helped us so much. We came back last night very late, and we met Brian. He was amazing at wrapping up our deal and he is fixing my sensor for my new car! Both of these men made my first car experince the best ever!
