"Overall good experience" Buying our new Outback was an overall good experience. Both the salesmen we worked with were knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. So I am appreciative of that! My only two complaints are: First: We did not want the windshield package and tried to get it taken off the pricing sheet. I had already done the homework and talked to my windshield guy about the cost and made this decision based on this discussion.
