"Flexible, transparent, gets to the point quickly" Hoang was great to work with. I came to Groove after another Subaru dealership where the salesman wouldn't stop talking in circles. Hoang understood I knew what I was looking for and cut straight to the point. "FINALLY! " I’ve been in need of a new car for a very long time, and I’ve always wanted a Subaru. We came in about 4 months ago and started looms with Jamison. Things didn’t go as planned and we needed to wait a little longer. He was nothing but supportive with us. We stayed in touch and he would reach out and check in and see how we’re doing. When it was time he even remembered what we were looking at. I am so thankful that he was there and made this process a lot easier and not so stressful.
