"No pressure sales" Josh was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. He did not apply pressure for a decision and was responsive when we asked questions. Josh also was very respectful of our time and tried to make this a "painless" process. We also worked with Ben in finance who was very organized and moved the process along quickly. In the end we decided against the car but we had an excellent experience at Groove and would gladly go back.

"Purchasing one of the new 2018 Crosstreks in Colorado!" This was my first time buying a car, and with it came pre buying nerves. "Friendly, easy first car buying experience" Jeff made our first car buying experience great. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed into a decision we weren't ready to make and we left feeling like we got a great deal with great people. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out if you need a used or new car.

"Groove dealers...Best car buying experience ever!!" No high pressure tactics, excellent customer service from top to bottom and very personable. "Easy breezy " Only gave four stars because the finance guy tried to hard sell me on the extended warranty. Otherwise, my purchase was fantastic. First time buying a car out of state and they made the process very simple, with plenty of communication. I'd recommend Groove to anyone looking for a good deal on a Subaru and a low pressure sales environment.

"Best Experience Possible" I haven't bought a new car in 14 years and was hesitant in choosing a new vehicle. I had been at AutoNation Ford the weekend before and was put off in a very negative way by the staff there. And I've been in a Ford family for over 30 years... "Jonathan Wingfield is a best salesman ...." Buying process is so relax with Jonathan Wingfield, he answers all the questions with high quality professional ... I had the feeling like talking with a friend, not a salesman ... Don't forget Ben, financial manager, Ben explained all the steps , easy and happy understanding. "Great Experience!" Came to Groove at the last minute after having a terrible experience at another dealership. Jonathan and Jameson came to the rescue and got us set up in a dream car with both kindeness and humor!!! Couldn't recommend either of them more!
