"Over exceeded expectations" I went to Groove only knowing I wanted a Subaru but not which one and not knowing if I could get one on my own. "Only Place to Buy a Vehicle" I live in South Dakota. I used a car buying service which hooked me up with Jon Norris. This is hands down the best experience buying a car. Ended up ordering it as I wanted specific accessories. Jon kept me updated regularly. He was VERY responsive to question I had via texting. We flew in late. "Wonderful experience!" From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my 2017 Subaru Forester XT Touring. I especially love the Love Encore program where you go back in after enjoying your new vehicle for a few weeks and they answer any questions that may have arisen. Brendan Hancock was great and answered all my questions. His YouTube videos were also extremely helpful, and they answered questions I didn't even know I had.
