"A truly pleasant experience!" Initially, I was anxious about trading in my car. As a single female in an all male environment, lots could go wrong. Not at Groove Subaru! "Simple for the most part" Overall, I had a great experience at Groove. I mainly worked with Jeremy Zimmerman through out my time there. Jeremy was very helpful in showing me the car I was interested in, as well as answering my questions. I enjoyed him calm demeanor and low pressure approach. "Love my WRX!! Subaru for life..." David Elia was amazing from start to finish! - which wasn't long at all because the process was so incredibly smooth. I was driving out of there in about 2 hours in my dream car. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from both Groove and David.
