"Easy Button" My wife and I decided to get a new Forester and Jim Hatch did a great job of getting us into a test drive right away. It was very easy all the way around. We called and made an appointment so they were expecting us and all of the staff were easy and fun to deal with. We talked a lot about the features of each Forester and Jim did a great job of guiding us based on our wants and needs. "Had to drive to Denver from Albuquerque to get the Subaru" Had a bad experience at two Subaru dealerships in Albuquerque, so I found the car I wanted at Groove Subaru in Denver and drove up there to pick up the car I wanted. Jim was awesome, super nice and explained every detail of the car, warranty, etc. Definitely worth the 6 hour drive.

"Bought a new Subaru" Bought a car with the COSTCO Program. Jeremy Zimmerman was the Subaru salesman. He was very helpful. All of my questions were answered. There was no hard sell. He helped me get a discount on the roof rack, and got the wheel arch moldings installed. Most of all he had a friendly no pressure attitude, as did the finance manager. Jeremy also helped me get a good financing deal and was very patient in showing me all of the features of the car. Love the car and the purchase experience was easy and enjoyable.

"Great experience" When we went to Groove Subaru we were looking at the Forrester and Outback. We worked with Jim Hatch. He walked us through the features of both vehicles and we decided on the Outback. Just before purchasing the vehicle my husband was out of town.
