I have to admit when I was considering Grote, I was very skeptical, and I assumed I was going to be taken advantage of because of my limited knowledge and having never purchased a car before. However, that was not the case. The customer service was incredible, and the gentleman who helped was very kind and helped me to better understand the process. They worked with me and my financial situation (which is pretty rough right now) to help me get a nicer/newer car that I never thought I would be able to afford. I felt very comf... read more
