I came to Grote hoping to get a new car, after my current one took a crap on me. I pulled onto the lot, and walked around without anyone jumping on me (that, to me, was the first plus. normally you have ten salespeople on top of you before you even get out of your car). I have to say I was completely cynical about Grote being able to help us into a nicer, newer car. I met Josh Martin and introduced myself and said “you might be wasting your time” we had a good conversation and left with “let us think about it” we came back two weeks later and stuck with josh. He listened to us, our hopes and our fears. He was able to get us into a nicer, bigger car which was key. I have nothing negative to say about grote or about Josh. The reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 is because no one is perfect and ... read more
