My wife was so impressed with the salesman Jeff brock how nice and curious he was and he kept me up to date on everything that was going on with the paper work. Sean Heiman was the best salesman I’ve ever met! He was so extremely helpful and patient and professional and got me out of a previous bad situation with another car dealership. I am so thankful for everything he’s done I definitely recommend anyone to go see him.
Chad was excellent to work with didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman, the process was fast and simple getting the new vehicle. Lee in the service treated us great and looked over the car like it was his own, any issues were fixed on spot and my wife and I drove away excited and Happy. We will definitely be back in the future and will recommend Grote Automotive to anybody!
