Its unheard of that a used car dealership actually follows through with their promises, but they do here. They are very curtious and concerned with your experience here. They are the place to go if you want honest people to deal with, plus the quality and value of their vehicles are pretty damn good as well ...
I had an AMAZING experience at Grote I got my 2014 Chevy Cruze from them yesterday. I was denied at TWO other dealers before going to Grote and they worked hard to not only get me approved but to make me happy in something i actually wanted. My sales rep Jesse was the best, he was funny, friendly, understanding and he made the process enjoyable! Thanks Grote for getting me into a car that i LOVE!

Recently, my husband surprised me with a vehicle from Grote Automotive. What a surprise it was to see him pulling in the drive and saying “Let’s go!” The nerves instantly took over, but then quickly diminished after we arrived back at the Grote dealership to complete the sale. AWESOME. I saw their commercial a bunch of times on TV and my fiance and I would laugh. DO NOT GET A CRAIGSLIST CAR. This is far beyond any sweet deal I ever had. My fiance and I wanted a safer car because we have a baby so we got a 2014 Honda! (And our credit sucks) Anyway...I HIGHLY highly recommend going to Anthony about cars. We got our van yesterday. It s wonderful . We opted to pay for a extended warranty and it s great. No worries here. The experience was easy and laid back. Everyone was super polite and kind.
