Get directionsMy husband has been in this hospital a few times and when it has been critical they send us to methodist transplant hospital needed, but this last time he went to er because he stepped on a nail and he's a diabetic , his foot swolled up so he was admitted.3 1\2 days in the hospital and was given antibiotics but did not even checked if the foot was infected, sent home and swelling still did not go down,went to methodist transplant hospital, drs.had to drain the infected foot, not happy now have to pay 2 different hospitals

Does not take Tricare Prime even though many, many neighbors to this hospital have Tricare insurance! Not even the ER takes the insurance!!!!!
Man my pregnant wife was waiting for a doctor for a fuckin hour and Noone came in... bullshit fuck that hospital we could be losing the baby and they didn't do shit . Now in new braunfels at the new hospital they built recently way better I recommend !
Waiting 7 hours to be seen is just ridiculous!!!!??? At the er with a babygirl that is in pain and impatiently waiting waiting and waiting to be seen!!!??? Come on now!!
When you're at the ER and the dumbass doctor doesn't read your chart and he tries to prescribe you Tylenol 3 and you're highly allergic to codeine and then he gets an attitude with you... On top of that you sit in a room for over 2.5 hrs without a nurse checking on you or seeing if you're okay or knowing your pain is severe and not once being offered pain meds...
