In this crazy housing market, Juan was recommended to me by my Realtor for a pre approval letter to put an offer on a listing. My current lender was taking several days to do so while Juan was able to provide in less than 24 hrs. Robert is an amazing lender to work with! He made everything so smooth for us. He is so very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the whole process to you. Rob is the best lender I ever worked with. The best thing I like him is that he always puts his clients' interest first - he will never recommend a loan option simply because it's more convenient for him. He is very knowledgeable about all sorts of loan programs and aims at finding the one that is best for you. He always responds to my requests and messages in a timely manner, which is important in today's market. The rate he provides is also the best I can get on the market.

Geoff and his team came recommended to us by our real estate agent when we bought our house. Since then, we've gone back to Geoff twice to refinance...but only after he reached out to us letting us know how much money we could be saving. All three transactions were SO EASY. I've been working with Rob for years and he's handled my loans, refinances, etc. Actually, I think Rob has handled 5/6 of my loans and refinances. He makes the process so each and smooth you never need to think about it. When it comes to the mortgage industry, I don't know that you can trust everyone. With Rob, that's not a problem. I'll never go anywhere else.
