Excellent and prompt communication, and his number rings directly to him(!), not voicemail or someone else in the office. In fact, he usually picked up on the first or second ring. As we moved through the verification / underwriting process, his staff was quite helpful (and patient) as we assembled all of the documents, and signed all the forms. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team made it very easy to find out what my financial options for a new house were, choose the best path that worked for me and laid out a strategy for getting to our end goal.
