Tom & his team provide the best customer service hands down. He is always available to answer questions or explain something to you. This was the easiest & most streamlined refinance experience ever! The complete opposite of the lengthy & very complicated experience I had previously. The best part is that Guaranteed Rate absorbs the closing costs so its a no-brainer. I was referred by a work colleague and didn't hesitate to refer him to another work friend.

We had the pleasure to work with JR to finance a new build. We had spoken to JR in February of 2021, but our closing didn’t happen until a few days before Christmas. So understandably, it was not a great experience to say the least due to several delays and deadlines which were not met from the seller’s side. Chananya was a pleasure to work with. He always stayed on top of everything and always kept us updated either what was going on. We had to waive the appraisal in order to get under contract and Chananya was able to get us an appraisal waiver which was amazing.
