After fighting with my current mortgage company trying to refinance since December 2020, I was referred to Corey at Guaranteed rate and spoke to him on 4/13/2021. It was a no hassle refinance compared to my previous experience and closed on the refinance on 4/30/2021. I went from a 4+ month refinance disaster to closing in 2 weeks.
