Drew from Lower was great to work with. I have always used a local bank in the past, but when investigating that route this time, I found the process would have been extremely long, so I went the Internet route. I found the whole process to be very quick, and mostly easy. As with all home purchases, there are bumps along the way, but Drew was right there every time to help sort them out. He even put me in contact with insurers, and that saved me over $300 a year versus the quotes I had already received.

I was referred to Tom by one of of customers who has known him a long time. We approached Tom’s and his team as first time buyers. Tom was able to effectively and efficiently manage his team through all the steps in the process. He always took time to make sure we understood where we were at in the process and anything that needed to be escalated or followed up he was always a text or call away.

There's a lot of things we can say about Elease. She was professional, personable, informative, understanding, and a pure delight to work with. We were advised step by step during the process. From the moment we were introduced my husband knew she and I would get along extremely well. Tarik is one of the first loan officers I've worked with who is very familiar with the special considerations of financing and refinancing investment properties. He has his own rental(s?) and makes the calculations about what makes sense from the owner's perspective easily. He also explains it in an easy to understand way. Marc was great. He not only talked us thru the mortgage process he was there every step of the way. He answered all of our questones and concerns. Always responsive and helpful. He talked us thru everything. This was our first time buying a home and i was so glad Marc was a part of it. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. His assistant Fawne was awsome as well. Teresa was top notch in every aspect of guiding us through the lending process. Our mortgage was complicated by self-employment income. Honestly, I don’t know how we would have managed our loan application without Teresa. She is a tenacious advocate for her clients and a very smart lady. Do yourself a favor and look no further. I can not recommend Marc highly enough. He worked with use when we got our mortgage and we worked with him again to refinance when rates went down. Very helpful and responsive to inquires, it was a pleasure working with Marc. On both occasions.
