Kyle and his team were so helpful to my husband and I as first time homebuyers. He was responsive and friendly. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. David Long is very competent and worked very hard to get the best possible loan available to us. He kept me informed and communicated all the information I needed throughout the whole process so I didn’t have ask a lot questions. I have a busy schedule and was really easy to give him all the paperwork he needed and he was always clear on what I needed to get the loan completed. He was a pleasure to work with and I have already referred him to colleagues and friends .

Dave has been very helpful since day one... we had reached out to him few yrs ago, but needed to fix our credit before purchasing a home, he helped us get to where we were able to finally by a home again..... always very helpful, drops everything to help you, if he doesnt have the answer he will get it for you.... we stay in touch with him because we consider him a friend as well... he cares for his customers... will definitely reach out to him if we decide to ever purchase another home... thank you Dave for everything

We started working with Sheryl in August 2020 for a new build. She got us qualified. She explained all the new rules for underwriting loans. Not simple and not something she control, other than getting accurate information. She did that with us. She also worked with our Financial Advisor for our investment accounts to get the needed information for underwriting. The house was completed, and we closed in April 2021. Brendan was great. Easy to talk too, and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout this process. He was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what to expect. We really felt he was looking I to our best interest.
