Jenna stayed on top of every step of our loan. From beginning to end she kept us informed as to where it was in the process. She let us know when we had to sign papers and when we messed up the passwords to the sites she was gracious in that she never blinked an eye and just resent links. Nick gave us excellent service for lending our house. The process was smooth and easy. He was always available for us to answer any question. Very efficient and flexible. I will highly recommend him for any one who wants to buy house. I don’t remember any time when Nick never followed up with me. He deserves a raise. Extremely professional and knows what he is doing.
