Dianne and her team are very determined and hard working. In the beginning of our journey, communication was awesome and the rates were prime. Then the storm in February and no power, it was out of Diannes hands and we didn't get the rate that was projected, but still had a solid rate at the end. There, then was a little hiccup in communication with her team. All in all, they are awesome at what they do and I am very greatful for the opportunity to work with her. I do recommend her to anyone who wants the best.
