I have owned several homes in NJ and South Carolina. I recently purchased a new constructed home and the builder introduced me to Joshua Epps from Guaranteed rate mortgage co. This was the easiest transition from start to finish on obtaining my mortgage and getting into my new home. My husband and myself were very much satisfied with the service of Joshua and his team. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
Corey was so easy to work with. I emailed him to start, did the application. They sent me all documents for signing by email and I was able to sign electronically. They gave me a list of documents to get together and they were easy to get together. And it was a relatively quick process. He got me a great rate and dropped my payment a bunch. The closing was smooth also. I would recommend him.
Charles was able to pre qualify me very quickly and offer me the lowest rate I had been quoted at by several lenders. Throughout the loan process, he and his team were always updating me on the progress of my loan and any documents I needed to fill out or review. Whenever I had a question about something I wasn't sure if I understood correctly, Charles was always able to help explain anything that I needed to know and was very pleasant to work with.
He is on top of everything I did finance twice with him fun work with honest and fast if there is any problem he will fix it right away even he's on leave or in vacation still will answer the call and work with the costumer I highly recommend sam Warda to anybody looking for refinance our mortgage
