I recently completed a new home purchase with the assistance Nathan Steiner - Guaranteed Rate. Pros: Very competitive mortgage rates/fees, easy-access website / online portal for document sharing, professional and knowledgeable staff, consistent and clear communication throughout the entire process; timeline of events communicated up-front, prompt follow-up on questions, no surprises Cons: None I'd highly recommend the Steiner team if you are considering a new home purchase/mortgage.
We turned to Matt after another major lender let us down. Matt knows the Union county area very well and was confident that he could help us achieve our goals. The re-fi process took about a month, which was very fast. He was readily available when we needed him and didn't mince words. He was quick, direct and to the point. I liked that.
Chanel was a great help to me in my home buying process as I purchased my first home! Very professional and thorough. Todd did a great job. Kept us very informed all along the way. I’m pretty sure he works 24-hours a day because we would get notifications on the status at all hours! Which was great! We were never left waiting on him! I was very impressed with Axia’s technology, as well. The fact that I could securely upload the necessary documents and communicate with Todd on your secure platform gave me peace of mind with such sensitive information.
