Bob surpassed my expectations in all areas of the mortgage loan process. As a first time home buyer, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be my loan officer. I can tell he truly cares about his clients, and will go above and beyond to inform you and help you at each part of the process. His response time was great with all types of communication, and would even talk to me later in the evening to work around my schedule. I would recommend Bob to anybody I know buying a home.
