We had an aggressive timeline on our home offer as well as loan closing (once our offer was approved). Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was extremely prompt with our loan application process and responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the application. Was very quick to respond via email, text and phone. Great to work with and got everything processed quickly. He was able to move my close date up due to rental move out date. He was very helpful when the appraisal came back less that offered price and still was able to keep my close scheduled for the same date. i would highly recommend him and his team.
