Working with Eric and his team was a great experience. He was able to answer any questions that I had about any specific areas in any of the loan paperwork immediately. As a first-time home buyer, the purchase process seemed a bit fuzzy. Indeed it is not an easy process - there are a lot of moving pieces and it is time-sensitive, but Alfonso and the Prime Lending team provided a clear guidance since the first call we had! He stated clearly what needed to be done and what were the next steps, who to involve etc. Alfonso was always very quick to attend my calls or returning them. Being available is key during this process. I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that Marc and his whole team at guaranteed rate were OUTSTANDING! A big reason my husband and I were able to purchase our house was because the seller liked our financing better than the other people competing for our house. So we seriously owe guaranteed rate a lot. Plus, they were super professional and friendly and got back to us right away. I just can’t recommend them enough.
