Marc was awesome! This was my first home purchase and he was there to answer all of my questions...whether big or small...and did so with such patience! He also worked super hard to get me the best interest rate. I appreciated him throughout the entire process and would use and recommend him personally to anyone who just wants an all-around awesome loan officer!

This is the 4th time working with Tom. Twice with his previous company and twice with Guaranteed Rate. Would work with him on any mortgage, refi, HELOC, etc.

It was time to refi and after the great experience I had with Lee @ Guaranteed Rate last time I had to go back. The bar was set high however Lee surpassed my expectations with ease. He took exceptional care of me from the start all the way through the finish line. He does a phenomenal job working with all the other players involved. With so many variables and uncertainties at times in other aspects of life, its nice to know your being taken care of on your mortgage.

Al and his team at Primelending were amazing. They did the impossible and i was able to close in 35 days. He is very knowledgeable and professional but at the same time you feel as if you have known him for years. His wife also assisted on closing my loan and she was also very pleasant as well. They keep you well informed and up to date on your entire loan process. I already have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
